This Vitamin C serum is not a clear serum like pure Vitamin C serum. It contains retinoic acid which gives it a slight yellowish color from the yellow color of retinoic acid. Liposomal vitamin C is vitamin C capsulated with lecithin which gives it another rich cloudy consistency. The golden cloudy color is the nature of the formula, and does not mean the product is broken down.
